As we thaw out and emerge from the latest deep freeze and settle into a bit of winter ‘warmth’ for the next few days at least, it sparks that renewed hope for Spring.
We’re again reminded of green grass, blue skies and long for those summer days.
For those of us that like our schedules action packed and enjoy the sights and sounds that the excitement of summer in the city can bring – listen up!
We are actively hiring for our Event Security division.
This division works restaurants, hotels, weddings, events around the city and includes concerts as well.
While working concerts and events may not always be the same as attending them as a guest, having the option to attend in some way even if you are working can be a cost efficient and experience inducing way to really take it all in.
Further to this, by immersing yourself in a career in security, you’re literally opening doors to what your future could offer.
As we continue to build relationships with Police Services surrounding us, we’re learning first hand what skills and experience are required to get a job as a Police Officer.
Our Management and Supervisor team is happily working with our existing staff to help build their skillsets while giving them the experience required to elevate their resumes and applications in policing.
Working alongside The Arena, a training facility focused on building your physical skills to help you prepare and excel at the Police Prep Test.

Experience – working in downtown Toronto at some of the best hotels, restaurants, and venues that the city has to offer.
Spending the summer taking in some of the biggest concerts and events that will grace the 2023 summer scene. Seeing everything first hand from a security perspective that while your focus will be on building your career, you will have the benefit of the experience of the event.
Training – Upon accepting a position with us, you will be put into training and continue to work with our Supervisors and Managers who will help build you up instead of tearing you down.
Your goals become our goals and the team is here to help in all ways possible.
Training goes beyond the books and into the physical and mental side as well.
Support – As we continue to bolster our relationships with Police recruitment agencies around the Greater Toronto Area, we are actively learning and keeping a pulse on who is looking for what and where.
Further to this, we know first hand everything required to successfully move forward into a career in Policing.
While the security world will often see a rotation in who’s who on the team, we consistently see our fellow teammates move onto their dream jobs of policing.
And while some companies pride themselves on retention – this only goes so far if in doing so, you’re subduing the dreams of others.
While at the same time, if you’re not looking for a career in policing, we are more than happy to help you work your way up within our own internal team.
As we continue to grow, opportunities will open up and the sky is the limit as to where you may find yourself.
The last few summers have been spent with at least some amount of uncertainty.
This summer is going to be the best one yet and embracing it fully and facing challenges and excitement head on is the best way to get the full experience.
