Is Your Business Ready?

The Government is currently preparing to let us know what the next stages of the provinces reopening will be.

Their current plan is to first release the information for this next stage so that all of those that aren’t affected have the time and are able to find the means to  prepare.

While they have announced that they will be outlining some guidelines and who and what will be affected by this next round of reopening, they are also advising that a firm date has yet to be established.

With this being said, this will give everyone a head start on their new best practices, social distancing measures, and other Covid-19 security tactics that will need to be implemented so that this next phase can run smoothly while still keeping everyone safe.

In some cases, plexiglass will have to be installed to minimize  the spread of droplets and germs and ensure a safe space between individuals can be utilized.

In other cases, tables and desks will need to be spread further apart to keep a minimum distance of 2 metres between people.

But what about all the steps that need to be taken to ensure traveling from point A to point B minimizes the risk and spread of germs?

We have been working hard to take the guess work out of these next steps for you as you can see in this video.

We’ve armed ourselves with some technological features that will make it easier for you to keep your business, and your clients safe.

By using cameras that are equipped with thermal technology and temperature gauging features – you won’t be able to detect the virus however, you will be able to check staff members and clients temperatures as soon as they walk in the building.

This will help ensure that anyone that may be exhibiting a rise in body temperature which is a symptom of Covid-19, is adequately and fairly dealt with.

While body temperature is not something that is a consistent number between each individual, it will ensure that perhaps the right questions are asked and distance is kept if necessary. In some cases it may mean preventing entry and advising medical attention if need be.

Another security measure we have looked into is large digital displays that will track the number of people inside and will instantly advise if  you are able to enter a space, or need to wait.

This will keep real live updates to everyone in the vicinity and helps keep track of numbers. As the numbers go up with the governments roll out of Covid-19 response plan, these numbers in the display can be adjusted to ensure that you are always on par with the current action plan.

It will also provide a sense of reassurance to your guests as some may only be inclined to visit spaces with lower numbers and this will help them keep their social distancing views in check as well.

We have been spending these past few months working the front lines and investing in our team and our company so we can be best prepared for these next steps.

We are here to help you get back to work.
