Last week went by super fast…. literally!

Sentinel Security was invited to come down to the Canadian Tire’s Motorsport Park located in Bowmanville, ON to check out the facilities along with their state of the art event space.

With Sentinel working with dozens of event planners and agencies, we are always looking for unique opportunities that align with our brand and can also benefit our many partnerships in the event industry. With that said we accepted the invitation and came along for the ride.

As mentioned on their web site the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP) is the leading racing and automotive performance facility in Canada. In addition to all this, it is now a unique entertainment venue, suitable for almost any occasion. In addition to their major international races, the CTMP have hosted events ranging from corporate needs to fashion shows, to weddings. The state-of-the-art facilities offer the flexibility and capacity to accommodate any event.

While we were treated to a delicious spread of food, Ron took us back to the days when he was racing. Ron is an accomplished SCCA Trans-Am, IMSA, and American Le Mans Series driver. Ron Holds the record for most

wins by a foreign-born driver in NASCARS’s top three series with six – four in Nationwide and two in Trucks.

To top off this wonderful day, Ron took myself out for a “hot lap” on the track in the brand new 2017 Corvette ZO6 with an impressive 650 horsepower and 650 Torque hitting speeds of over 200km/hr.

An exhilarating experience like this is something everyone should experience in his or her lifetime…and thanks to Canadian Tire’s Motorsport Park you can.

Canadian Tire’s Motorsport Park provides the Ron Fellows Driving Experience for small corporate groups with an opportunity to engage, reward and entertain their group with an exhilarating driving experience featuring race-track-developed models from Corvette, Camaro and Cadillac.
